At 360 Main, convenience is key. Laundry, 24-hour emergency maintenance, package acceptance, fitness facility, business center and parking are all on-site. Each apartment has open layouts that feature fully appliance kitchens with granite counter tops, stylish finishes and spacious bathrooms. *Most of our apartments include utilities in the rent unless stated otherwise! We have laundry rooms on every floor, onsite parking, 24- hour emergency maintenance, secure access and package acceptance.

DEPOSIT FREE WITH RHINO!! Security deposit insurance replaces the need to pay a cash deposit. Call us for details or check it out yourself - sayrhino Screening fees are $50 per applicant.

Maximum 2 pets welcome per apartment, but can't exceed total weight of 75 pounds.

Current Vaccination and spay/neuter certificates and license required + a photograph of each pet. Plus, we want to start learning their name so we can say hello.

DEPOSITS & FEES

One-time Non-Refundable Pet Fee, per apartment $350

Monthly pet rent, per pet $35

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

We also welcome your domestic pet if it is a bird or fish with written approval from our onsite management team. However, no reptiles or exotic pets allowed. Fish tanks are not to exceed 55 gallons.
